Last week in cool (and unexpectedly rainy weather) Jeff and Elizabeth travelled to Hill, New Hampshire to take in the merits of the site for a new residential project. The clients have a lovely woodland setting of many acres for a private second home away from the business of suburban Massachusetts life. Ironwood has been asked to prepare a Master Plan to be implemented in stages. Photos show the man made skating/boating pond at the bottom of the property entrance, a beautiful seating area within the forest near the home and prospective design areas adjacent to the house.
